2.1 údržba
kombinace všech technických, administrativních a manažerských zásahů během životního cyklu objektu zaměřených na jeho udržení ve stavu, v němž může vykonávat požadovanou funkci, nebo jeho navrácení do tohoto stavu
POZNÁMKA 1 k heslu Zásahy technické údržby zahrnují sledování a analýzy stavu objektu (např. inspekci, monitorování, zkoušení, diagnostiku, předpověď atd.) a zásahy aktivní údržby (např. opravu, renovaci).
