3.3.10 prostor využití prostoru
služby k využití prostoru jako návrh, výstavba, pořízení nebo pronájem prostoru, včetně správy a managementu prostorů a jeho odstraňování
POZNÁMKA 1 Zahrnuje dodávku médií (vody, elektrické energie apod.) a technickou infrastrukturu (technická zařízení budov) vytvářející pohodu prostředí a zajišťující osvětlení/ stínění, elektrickou energii, vodu a plyn.
POZNÁMKA 2 Pořizovací náklady na technickou infrastrukturu jsou obecně zahrnuty v nákladech na prostor. Z toho vyplývá, že technická infrastruktura nemůže být sama o sobě produktem na této úrovni.
POZNÁMKA 3 Termín prostor má také několik jiných významů. Tato definice platí v kontextu normalizovaných facility produktů.
3.3.10 space (accommodation)
services for the provision of accommodation like design and build, acquisition or renting of space, including the administration and management of space and its disposal
NOTE 1 It includes the utilities and technical infrastructure (technical building equipment) resulting in a comfortable climate and supplying lighting/shading, electrical power, water and gas.
NOTE 2 The investment costs of the technical infrastructure are generally included in the costs of space. The consequences are that technical infrastructure cannot be a product of its own on this level.
NOTE 3 The term space has several other meanings as well. This definition applies in the context of the standardised facility products.
