3.1.10 sluneční čas

denní hodina určená podle zdánlivého úhlového pohybu Slunce po obloze, přičemž referenčním bodem pro 12:00 h je sluneční poledne (3.1.9).
Poznámka 1 k položce: tsol= tst+ 4(Lst - Lloc) + E, kde tstje standardní čas, Lstje zeměpisná délka standardního poledníku pro místní časové pásmo a Lloc je zeměpisná délka daného místa, přičemž obě zeměpisné délky jsou uvedeny ve stupních západně (0° ≤ L°≤ 360o). E je rovnice času, která zohledňuje poruchy rychlosti otáčení Země kolem Slunce, které ovlivňují čas, kdy Slunce protne poledník pozorovatele.
Poznámka 2 k zadání: Korekce 4 (Lst - Lloc) + E je vyjádřena v minutách. Další korekce je nutná, pokud je standardním časem letní čas.

Note 1 to entry: tsol = tst + 4 (Lst - Lloc) + E, where tst is the standard time, Lst is the longitude of the standard meridian for the local time zone and Lloc is the longitude of the location in question with both longitudes specified in degrees west (0° ≤ L° ≤ 360o). E is the equation of time, which takes into account the perturbations in the Earth's rate of rotation around the sun that affect the time at which the sun crosses the observer's meridian.
Note 2 to entry: The correction 4 (Lst - Lloc) + E is expressed in minutes. An additional correction is needed if the standard time is a daylight saving time.
