3.3.4.1 inovační strategie
strategie (3.3.4) s ohledem na inovace (3.1.1).
Poznámka 1 k položce: Obecně platí, že inovační strategie je v souladu s celkovou strategií a strategickým směřováním organizace (3.2.2), může být v souladu s inovační vizí (3.3.1.1) a inovační politikou (3.3.2.1) a poskytuje rámec pro stanovení inovačních cílů (3.3.3.1).
Poznámka 2 k položce: Inovační strategie obecně definuje důvody pro zapojení do inovačních aktivit (3.1.4) a inovačních iniciativ (3.6.1) a způsob, jakým mají tyto aktivity přinést hodnotu (3.7.6) pro organizaci a příslušné zainteresované strany (3.2.4).
